Mr. Giggles

This is one of the funniest videos of Catch laughing. He would get so tickled every time Chris threw the football in the air.

Catch would just stare at himself, smile, and giggle. He really is the cutest baby ever!

New Discoveries

So, here's a list of all the new things Catch is doing. There's a new one every day!
1. He loves grabbing people's faces. And if you have glasses on, watch out!
2. If you are eating, move your food quickly or it might end up on the floor.
3. Phones and Cameras...BEWARE!
4. Actually -- everything BEWARE! If there is anything near him, he has to taste it.
5. If you don't like swimming, don't hold Catch, because you'll end up soaked in drool. :0)
5. Catch has finally discovered his tongue. He and daddy like to play that game. I know it's not polite, but it's so cute when a baby does it.
6. He also found his toes! Now, that's cute.
7. He's getting close to rolling himself back onto his back, but hasn't quite gotten it.
8. It's so much easier to make him laugh. He truly is becoming a happier baby.
9. Spit bubbles really help him poop. I know! TMI
And #10! He loves the pups! He giggles every time they come near.

I'm not sure if he like the scarecrow or not. It definitely puzzled him.

My Cup Runneth Over

I had the last 5 days with my Catch, Chris, and mom. It was a great fall break. On Thursday, I went to Edmond to work some of my girls out. I was pleasantly surprised with the talent I have this year. If they work hard, we could be really successful this season.

On Friday, I took Catch to practice with me. My mom watched him, but it is a bit of a distraction. :0) We also met daddy for lunch at Mazzio’s. Every time I took a bite of my pizza, Catch would follow the food to my mouth. He was sitting on my lap and it was hilarious. Even funnier, he kept wanting to hold my drink. I finally poured out my drink so he could play with the cup. Ever since he realized he could hold a bottle, he is all about some cups! He will watch us every time we take a drink. We went to dinner with Grandma Lisa and Papaw Ted and we showed them his new obsession with cups. It was so cute!

On Saturday, Chris went to Fort Smith to play golf with Sissy and watch the OU/TX game. My mom and I spent the day entertaining Catch and rearranging our living room. It looks so good now! When we went to Grandma Lisa’s Friday night, she had the most beautiful fall wreath. My mom found one to decorate and put in our home. She also made a couple of fall flower arrangements. It definitely feels like the holiday season here and I love it!

Sunday was another productive day. My mom and I did some serious grocery shopping at Wal-Mart. I took Catch in the Baby Bjorn and he got some good nap time on me. The rest of the day was spent playing with Catch and reading my book for school. I am participating in a Professional Learning Committee and we read a book every month and discuss it. I have been completely immersed in it – Readicide. It makes me want to be a better teacher and really instill the joy of reading into my students.

Enjoy the pics!
